By downloading, installing, or using the Talksy app and website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Talksy. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Posting content that is violent, pornographic, or hate speech.
• Attempting to interfere with the servers or networks connected to the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Talksy and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Talksy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
